Return & Refund Policy
Returns for Retail Purchases
Growth Bomb primarily sells its products indirectly through distributors to retailers. As such, we are unable to process returns for purchases made through our stockists. If you wish to return a Growth Bomb product purchased from a retailer, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange according to their return policy. We recommend retaining your receipt and reviewing the retailer's conditions for returns.
Returns for Online Purchases
We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or if customers experience adverse reactions. Refunds based on personal experiences will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to receive a full refund. Each case will be evaluated promptly and addressed accordingly.
While we stand by the quality of our products, we cannot guarantee individual results. Therefore, we do not offer replacements for extensively used products that did not achieve the desired effects.
We offer a return option within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@growthbomb.us. Upon return, Growth Bomb will reimburse the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Please note that only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
Warranty Claim
Growth Bomb products are expected to be free from defects. If you encounter any defects, including product damage, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Please note that refunds will not be provided for warranty claims; only replacements will be offered.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at hello@growthbomb.us and include photos of the defective product. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement as necessary.
Delivery
All orders received will be dispatched the next working day for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
If you are unavailable to sign for your order, the courier will leave a notice with collection details. For security reasons, our delivery company is unable to leave parcels unattended.
For certain rural and semi-rural areas, delivery may be restricted, and parcels may be available for collection instead. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or errors.
Redirection of Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. For redirection options, please contact the courier directly via their customer service or online portal. We recommend reaching out to them promptly to explore any available redirection options.
Problems with Delivery
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the contents. If you notice any issues, such as damaged goods or missing items, note it on the delivery notice and inform us at hello@growthbomb.us. We will promptly resolve any concerns, including returns, exchanges, or refunds as per our terms and conditions.
Product Availability
Product offerings and prices on growthbomb.com are subject to availability. Availability information is provided at the time of ordering, but errors may occur if multiple customers order the same product simultaneously.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email. You may choose to:
- Select an alternative product from our website.
- Wait for the item to be restocked.
- Cancel your order for a full refund.
If you choose to cancel, a prompt refund will be issued. Growth Bomb is not liable for any damages or claims due to product unavailability. We reserve the right to modify our product listings at any time without prior notice.
